So, I recently got the chance to interveiw the maker of patrician cosmetics! Check out what we talked about!!: Q: Do your products cause breakouts? A: All makeup should be applied to a clean face. You'll find natural minerals are gentle and non-irritating. They do not clog pores and allow skin to breathe. It contains zinc which is used in baby products for diaper rash. (honest opinions) A: From the first time I tried mineral makeup, I discovered a form of makeup that did not cause blemishes. I also quickly discovered that mineral makeup ingredients differ from brand to brand. Premium price did not always equal premium ingredients. Some irritated my skin and some were very heavy. I formualted products that wear sheer and natural. (Of course, you can acheive a heavier look by adding more layers of powder.) My makeup is reasonably priced considering I use all quality ingredients in my cosmetics. I could certainly add cheap fillers to extend volume and sell my makeup at very low prices, but I'm committed to quality and the gentle approach for skin care. I like the texture of my mineral makeup on my skin and love the sheer coverage. I don't like a heavy, made-up look and find I can acheive a natural look with my makeup. My favorite product is Morning Dew finish veil. I think it gives your face a fresh, dewy look. I have yet to try the products, but I am soo excited to do so. astara skincare

Today I recived my astara daily refining scrub. It came in a blue bottle with a very professional cover. I couldn't wait to try it immediately! To start, the first thing I noticed was the scent. It smells exactly like grapefruit! The second thing I noticed was the texture. The white cream has a gritty consistancy that is used to gently scrub away dead skin cells without damaging effects. Yet it is soft enough that you can use it everyday. Normally, after exfoliation, my skin feels oily and pores become enlarged. But after using this product, my skin is soft (not oily) and my pores are nearly invisable! I fell in love with this exfoliator after just one use. The Quest!

Have you ever wanted something so bad that you would search the intire world until you found it? I feel that way every morning I wake up and put on my makeup! Or I at least feel thar way!! Ive used many different types if foundation; drugstore, high end, and even makeup from lesser known brands. But I have discovered that high price doesn't mean high quality. My current favorite foundation is N.Y.C. Smooth skin liquid foundation. I usually breakout pretty bad with really cheaper brands. (I absolutely HATE Wet n' Wild Sheer fourndation. I didn't even have it on for a full day and my skin looked horrible!) but I couldn't help myself when buying this product. The packageing looked super perfessional but the priced didn't look like they spent too much on anything. I got the foundation at Walmart for a little I've $3! Yes, THREE dollars! I have been using this product for the whole month of July and this whole part of august. I hve yet to make a dent in the amount of product I have. I have not broken out at all, in fact my skin appears to have "healed" abit! The only upset of the product is that there is a need for a finishing powder in order to take away the shine of the foundation and give it that mattè finish. Which brings me to my next product found at Walmart. N.Y.C. Smooth Skin Translosent Finishing Powder. This I thee best powder I have used yet! I love this! You only need a little bit for your whole face an you still get a full coverage! This product takes away the shine of oily skin or foundation and gives you an amayzing flawless finish! The downside to this was that it MUST be sitting on your counter or in your drawer facing right side up. The spill that holding it sideways or upside down would cause you to loose more powder than you would've used in a whole month!
